Excellent hotel with excellent wi-fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception. I vividly remember on my first stay, the staff offered me a cold drink during the heat. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay!

The room was spacious with an incredible city view from the 16th floor. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the variety of options available at breakfast, especially the fresh wholemeal bread.

The parking situation was a bit inconvenient, requiring a walk to reach the car park.

The location of the Park Plaza Leeds is spot on, just across from the train station, making it a breeze to get around. The room was spacious and had a stunning view of the city from the 16th floor, which I absolutely loved. Bed felt comfy, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day. Breakfast offered plenty of options, especially the fresh pastries and wholemeal bread, which were delicious. the lift during peak times was a bit of a hassle. it took ages to arrive. the parking situation isn't great, requiring quite a walk to reach the car park. Lastly, the absence of a big mirror in the main bedroom was surprising and somewhat inconvenient. a good stay but with a few areas that could really use some attention.

I really enjoyed my stay here as it’s just a less than 5-minute walk to Trinity Leeds, where you can indulge in some serious shopping and a few minutes further takes you to the lovely Leeds City Square, making it perfect for an afternoon stroll. the friendly staff made my time here even better, which just topped off the experience. Single travelers will appreciate the comfortable rooms and amenities that fit solo exploration perfectly, though the area could be improved with less noise from nearby road works.

Do recommend for a quick break.

Loved my stay! The hotel had great views from my twin room on the 9th floor, and I really appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee. Only downside was the selection of food at the bar, which ran out quickly. 😄

Had a really nice stay for a night. The staff were super friendly, and the bar area felt so warm and cozy. My room had awesome views over the city square, and the bed was super comfy too! The breakfast could've been better though. ordering was kinda confusing.

We loved our stay at this place! With two kids in tow, we enjoyed exploring the vibrant park nearby with its beautiful gardens. The family-friendly atmosphere was a huge plus, and the friendly staff made everything even better.

In my wife’s opinion, adding more family-friendly amenities would be helpful.

Great stay with a few hiccups

Had a nice time overall. The staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help us. Our room was spacious, but some parts were looking a bit worn. I really enjoyed the bar area with its cozy vibe. Just wish the bathroom was in better shape. there was rust in the tub. Still, I’d return.
